Erebus Motorsport is thrilled to announce Stallion Strength Gym as its Official Strength Partner for the 2026 season.

Owned by Ben Eckstein, Stallion Strength Gym open earlier this year and is located just a 10-minute drive from the Erebus Motorsport workshop.

The 24/7 facility features a full range of strength and conditioning equipment, a recovery suite complete with a sauna and ice bath, and dedicated strongman equipment. Catering to everyone from beginners through to competitive powerlifters, the gym prides itself on providing a supportive and inclusive training environment.

Eckstein, who previously worked on the pit crew of numerous Supercars teams, including the former Kelly Racing Team, understands the physical demands of motorsport and the level of fitness required to execute successful pit stops.

“It’s fantastic to have the Erebus crew training at Stallion Strength Gym,” said Eckstein.

“Having worked in Supercars previously, I know how physically demanding race weekends are and how much preparation goes into every pit stop.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team throughout the season, helping the crew build strength, improve performance and recover well so they can consistently perform at a high level.”

Erebus Motorsport Crew Chief Kieron Woodger is excited to have the support of an experienced trainer who understands the unique demands of the sport.

“Having a trainer like Ben, who is passionate about the sport and understands the physical demands of a pit stop, is a huge benefit for our crew,” said Woodger.

“He knows the specific areas we need to target to improve our performance during pit stops, while also helping the team recover properly between race weekends.

“We’ve already been doing regular training sessions as the workshop, but now having access to a full equipped gym is going to be a massive benefit for the whole crew.”

The Erebus team completed their first training session on Wednesday 15 July, which kicked off a schedule of weekly sessions while also giving staff the flexibility to train outside of designated team sessions.

Erebus Motorsport will return to the track at Wanneroo Raceway for the Perth Super 440 on Friday 31 Juy.
