Red Bull and Triple Eight Race Engineering have announced an extension of the brands’ already long-running naming rights partnership attached to the Red Bull Ampol Racing team.
Since coming on board with Triple Eight in 2013, Red Bull has featured heavily as naming rights partner on the team’s Supercar liveries, while also becoming ingrained in the personality and identity of the race team both on and off track. Together they have built a reputation for high energy, ambition and pushing the limit of what’s possible.

Current Red Bull Ampol Racing drivers Will Brown and Broc Feeney, who have both finished in the top three in the Supercars Championship in each of the last two seasons, are Red Bull athletes and heavily involved off track with the program that develops elite sports stars around the world. On track, since 2013 the team has competed as Red Bull Racing, Red Bull Holden Racing and, most recently, Red Bull Ampol Racing. During this period, it has achieved an unprecedented nine Supercars Teams Championships, seven Supercars Drivers Championships with Jamie Whincup, Shane Van Gisbergen and current #888 car driver Will Brown, and four Bathurst 1000 race wins.
Off track, Red Bull and the racing team have continued to push the boundaries as only Red Bull can. Together bringing local and global eyes to not only Supercars, but several of the Red Bull brand’s strong sporting pillars including F1, four-wheel and two-wheel racing, drifting, rugby league and aerobatics.
Current and former Red Bull Formula 1 drivers, including Sergio Perez, Scott Speed, Brendon Hartley, Daniel Ricciardo, Max Verstappen and Arvid Lindblad, have driven the team’s Supercars. Major activation and content campaigns have also featured Dakar motorcycle winner Daniel ‘Chucky’ Sanders, Red Bull Air Race World Championship-winning pilot Matt Hall, and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs rugby league team.

The most recent collaboration saw the team take a Red Bull Ampol Racing Supercar to Europe on an eleven-week promotional tour, bringing the Supercar and the sport – Australia’s premier racing category – to a huge international audience. It featured demonstrations at the Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Red Bull Show Run Latvia event, Drift Masters Ireland event, and iconic Goodwood Festival of Speed, driven by former driver and now Triple Eight Managing Director Jamie Whincup.
Red Bull Athletes Will Brown and Broc Feeney are currently competing in the 2026 Supercars Championship, with the next round being at Queensland Raceway for the Ipswich Super 440, the team’s home race.
Jamie Whincup Managing Director
“Red Bull is one of the biggest and most respected forces in sports marketing anywhere in the world, so when they choose to back you for another three years, that’s not something we take lightly. It’s a credit to every single person in this team, and it tells you exactly where we’re taking this partnership next.”
“This partnership has always been about more than racing. It’s been about sharing the journey with Red Bull, the successes and the challenges alike, and telling the story to fans here and everywhere else this sport reaches.”
“History matters, but for me this extension is about what’s next. We’re not here to protect what we’ve built – we’re here to take this partnership to another level, on the track and off it.”
“On track, that means pushing the whole operation harder than we ever have. Red Bull back people who are willing to take that risk and back their ideas, and that’s exactly the kind of partner you want when you’re trying to lead, not follow.”
“Off track, there’s so much more we want to do together – new ideas, new ways to bring fans into this sport, and being upfront about the mistakes as well as the wins along the way. Red Bull has never been shy about big ideas, and neither are we.”
“I also want to say something about the people at Red Bull Australia directly. Their determination and their knowledge push us to be better every single day – honestly, they’re exactly the type of people you want in your corner when you’re chasing something bigger.”
