RACING AT THE BEND HAS STARTED
Australia’s newest racing circuit The Bend Motorsport Park has finally seen racing cars take to the track in anger, and by all regards it looks pretty exciting for the drivers and spectators alike. The Australian GT class posted a on-board video yesterday that saw Fraser Ross take his Total/Opti Coat YNA Autosport McLaren 650S GT3 for a run around the 7.7km 35 turn track. We’ve posted the video for you to see below, and further down there is a great video from the people at the Bend itself of the making of the circuit.
The Shannons Nationals are on track this weekend with 10 classes: Australian GT, Porsche Michelin GT3 Cup Challenge Australia, Australian Sports Sedans, Radical Australia Cup, Australian Prototype Series, Heritage Touring Cars and Group S Sports Cars.
