VIDEO:GIOVINAZZI & RUSSELL F1 RACE-ENDING CRASH AT SPA 2020

It was early retirement for Antonio Giovinazzi & George Russell after a heavy crash on Lap 11. Thankfully both drivers walked away unscathed.

Alfa Romeo’s Antonio Giovinazzi spins and hits the wall at the 2020 Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix, causing Williams driver George Russell to crash into the wall as he avoids flying debris at Spa-Francorchamps.

The complexion of the race changed on lap 11 when an incident between Giovinazzi and Russell left both cars with significant damage on the side of the track near Fagnes and a large amount of debris scattered across the circuit.
