It has been a big two weeks for all Victorian-based Supercar teams leading into this weekend’s Sydney SuperSprint. On the sixth of July the team relocated from its permanent base in Melbourne to the Kelly family farm in country NSW with just four hours notice.
At the time, Castrol Racing driver Rick Kelly was enjoying a school holiday family getaway in Mildura which then became a Kelly Racing family adventure which saw the team’s two Ford Mustang Supercars prepared for racing at the Kelly farm.
The team and Rick’s family then traveled on to Sydney Motorsport Park together in the team coach earlier this week.
The Truck Assist Sydney SuperSprint kicks off from 11:45AM tomorrow morning with the first race commencing at 6:25pm Saturday night.
