CAMPBELL AND DEMPSEY-PROTON WIN AT SILVERSTONE (AUDIO)

Last night Matt Campbell along with team mates Christian Ried and Julien Andlauer took their Dempsey-Proton Porsche 911 RSR to top of the podium for the GTE-AM class at the WEC (World Endurance Championship) Silverstone 6 hour race.

Matt has sent us his Audio Report from the amazing but somewhat lucky win at England’s historic Silverstone circuit.

We searched through the lap time results too after the race and Campbell recorded the fastest race time (he did the same in qualifying) of 1:57.952 of any of the GTE-AM class drivers in the field. 

The Dempsey-Proton team drivers have extended their lead in the GTE-AM class to 76 points from Clearwater Racing on 43, it also means the three drivers lead the drivers championship by the same points value.
