Will Brown – Car #1
“Qualifying, yeah maybe I’m back!… but still behind Brock, but great to qualify in second for that first session and third for the other session. Good to put it on the front row of the grid for both starts.”

“That win, the second race, so stoked to have that win. The start felt really good, got a good start, went with Broc and then unfortunately for Broc, he got pulled up for jumping. Meant I was able to manage the car, manage my tyres and come home with a win just ahead of him.”

“It’s been a while for us. It’s been a lot of rounds, and you know it has been hard work on our side of the garage, but overall been really good to see that all pay off and get the win today. The guys deserved that.”

“Big one today was the rain. I think it was good to have a bit of a run in the rain, but it’ll be interesting tomorrow if it does open up again, but I don’t think it’s looking as wet. Good to know the car is fast in all conditions though for us. Hopefully whatever the weather does tomorrow we have some good hard racing and get another result like today.”

Broc Feeney, Car #88
“Overall it’s been a really good day. 
Nearly perfect until the end, to get two poles is awesome, especially the second one in those mixed conditions. It was super wild out there.”

“But overall, great to win the first race, get fastest lap as well, get those points to wrap up the Sprint Cup. Kind of cool to be the first to ever win it and fantastic to get it done in the first race of the weekend.”

“Second race, to be honest, all went really well except I just creeped a little bit at the start. We’ll go back and review that and see what I need to do to be a bit better.”

“Outside of all that it’s so good to see the team go 1-2 for that race today. Obviously a bit disappointed myself, felt like we could have had another win there, but obviously stoked for Will to get that win.”

“But tomorrow we’ll just try to bounce back and get on the top step again.”
