Photos have emerged today of the seating arrangements for this years edition of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 showing socially distanced seating, it is sure going to be a strange Great Race.
The photos were uploaded to the Bathurst Scan Facebook page, along with a link for the last of the 4000 per day tickets.
COVID-19 has affected every sector in the world, Motorsport included and this years Bathurst 1000, the finale for the Supercars sure isn’t going to be the same.
Its the swansong for Supercheap Auto as well, their final year as naming rights sponsors of the Great Race before Repco takes that mantle. It was hoped to be a huge celebration, it’s not going to be and we doubt there will even be a Supercheap store on site.
