Earlier this week Kelly Racing relocated to country NSW ahead of the impending Victoria/NSW border closure in order to continue racing in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.
The team left on Monday night for the Kelly family farm about sixty kilometers north of Mildura across the NSW border on the Darling River. The team arrived safe and sound and has spent the last few days setting up the team farm workshop, working on the cars and training with NED Racing driver André Heimgartner.
The team will spend the next few days prepping the cars for Round Four of the Championship at the Kelly farm before heading to Sydney Motorsport Park next week. The team has some engine work and general servicing to take care of at the farm and once the cars are complete, the pit stop crew will practice stops with a full pit-stop bay setup on the farm.
