SUPER3 CHAMP SAMPLES SHELL V-POWER THIRD MUSTANG

Newly crowned Supercars Super3 Champion Broc Feeney has today been testing the third Shell V-Power Racing Team Ford Mustang at Queensland Raceway, alongside Steven Johnson.

Velocity Magazine understands the third fully liveried Mustang carrying the number 66 on it is here to test the changes for the 2020 spec Supercar engine and the optional fly-by-wire throttle.

Velocity Magazine asked Feeney how his 2020 plans are going and he said “nothing is set yet, we are working on it” we also asked him what he was up to today, “I’m driving the #66 car”.

Steven Johnson hasn’t raced in a Supercar since 2014, but he is leading the current Touring Car Masters championship.

The full Shell V-Power driver line-up is testing at Queensland Raceway today in preparation for next weekends Bathurst 1000.

The #66 car is the same chassis that Dick Johnson drove during the displays at the Adelaide 500 earlier this year.
