FB UPDATE: 

“P10 in the Practice session 1. Quite a bit of traffic to deal with in that session, however getting a good feel for the circuit and car”.

“Good start to practice 2 taking half a second off still on used tyres from last year. Unfortunately mid session a problem with the exhaust meant an early finish for me as the track was becoming quicker. Overall a good solid day and looking forward to tomorrow.”

Wednesday Update:

Further preparations at the track today, and a number of commitments with the Series for driver photoshoots and TV clip filming. The organisation of TRS is certainly first class.

The team have worked hard today again, and with final fittings and other preparation done, the car is all ready to go for practice tomorrow. My engineer David and I discussed a few final details to build on yesterday, and we are looking forward to putting it all together on the track.

The big news of the day was the arrival of my Team Boss from Fortec in the UK, Mick Kouros, who will be here with MTEC for the whole series. He is such a huge influence on my racing, so it has been great talking with him today and I am pleased he will be around.

Tomorrow (Thursday) I will have 3 practice sessions across the day at 10:05am (NZ time), 1:05pm and 4:05pm.
