The Liam McAdam Motorsport Academy is focused on preparing aspiring drivers for a talent assessment day, conducting performance and capability tests, and selecting the most competent and well rounded racer to join Liam in his leading team to take on the 2019 Toyota 86 Racing Series. This is a fully funded drive for the winner valued at $150,000

Liam McAdam Motorsport is the entity that was formed to manage the development of the motorsport career of talented and successful racer, Liam McAdam. With the learnings from this development process combined with our engineering and management skills, the team has embarked on the creation of a motorsport academy that is within the reach of all aspiring drivers.

The team brings together engineering, motorsport, management and driver development skills to ensure you have the best opportunity to not only develop your skills but also win the coveted prize for a fully paid for drive in the 2019 Toyota 86 Racing Series.

Liam McAdam – Development Director – National level race car driver. 2015 Kumho V8 Touring Car Champion, 2016 Dunlop Super 2 competitor, 2017 & 2018 Toyota 86 competitor and current 2018 competitor with three race wins and two pole awards. Liam is a mechanical engineering undergraduate with a passion and skills for all things mechanical and electrical. Liam has an affable and flexible training style that will connect with all competitors.

David McAdam – Program Director – One of Australia’s leading engineering managers with over 35 years’ experience in leading teams in the creation of significant projects. In recent years David has turned his attention to developing Liam McAdam Motorsport and the success of Liam McAdam as a racer.
