PRESS RELEASE/Lamborghini – Photo: supplied

Another very successful weekend for Lamborghini, with two overall victories and four podiums in four different international championships. Martin Kodric and Dennis Lind prevailed in a thrilling second Blancpain GT Series Asia race at Shanghai, to lead home a FFF Racing Team by ACM Lamborghini one-two and take the championship lead with just one round remaining.

Their team-mates Hiroshi Hamaguchi and Marco Mapelli came home just 1.2s behind, at the end of a solid race. Kodric and Lind carry a 12-point advantage into Ningbo’s season finale on October 13/14, while Mapelli and Hamaguchi lead the ProAM standings.

From China to United Kingdom: at Donington Park Barwell Motorsport pair Phil Keen and Jon Minshaw took a daring success at the wheel of #33 Huracàn GT3, closing on a high note the British GT Championship.

Good news from Italy too. The Imperiale Racing Lamborghinis gained in Monza two podiums: third place on Saturday for Riccardo Agostini and Rik Breukers, the same on Sunday for Jeroen Mul and Giovanni Venturini, keeping their title bid alive. Furthermore Jiatong Liang and Raffaele Giammmaria conquered their first win in Pro-Am, with the Imperiale Racing Lambo.

Last but not least the impressive second place conquered in Hockenheim by GRT Grasser Racing Team #82 Lamborghini at the end of the last seasonal Adac GT Masters race.
