CHELSEA ANGELO TO RACE FORD SUPERUTE AT BATHURST

Rumour has it that Chelsea Angelo will swap her Porsche GT Cup Challenge car for a Ford Ranger SuperUte at the Bathurst 1000 event in three weeks time.

Velocity Magazine heard whispers on the weekend at the Sandown 500 that Angelo is destined to drive the newly built second Ford Ranger alongside the other Ford Driver of Christopher Formosa.

Angelo will join fellow female driver Charlotte Poynting who currently races in the Aussie Racing Car class at Bathurst, both drivers will be on track this weekend at the Shannons Nationals Sydney Motorsport Park round for the final round of the Porsche GT Cup Challenge and the penultimate round of the Aussie Racing Cars.
