Grove Racing is proud to announce the appointment of Riccardo Corte as Race Engineer on Kai Allen’s Ford Mustang for the 2026 season, bringing with him over a decade of world-class experience from the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 Team.

Riccardo joins Grove Racing following eleven years at Ferrari, where he most recently served as Lewis Hamilton’s Performance Engineer during the first half of the 2025 Formula 1 season. Throughout his time in Maranello, Riccardo held senior roles across the simulation department and the vehicle dynamics team, contributing to car development and collaborating with some of the sport’s most accomplished drivers – including Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.

In his new role, Riccardo will work closely with Grove Racing’s engineering group and drivers to lead all performance aspects of Car 26 and continue developing the tools and systems that drive the team’s on-track performance.

We’re proud to welcome him to the team and it speaks to the calibre of people we have at Grove Racing.”
