The Battery World Aussie Racing Cars Super Series (ARC) is proud to confirm a 6 round Championship for season 2023 which will commence on the streets of Newcastle at the biggest and best Supercars event of the year, the Thrifty Newcastle 500.

From Newcastle the category will travel to QLD to join the Australian Superbike Championship at TQ’s significantly upgraded Queensland Raceway.  Following on from a successful 2022 event supporting the ASBK at Wakefield Park, ARC will again support Australia’s premier motorcycle championship.

Round 3 of the series sees the category make its traditional trip to Tasmania, a circuit that suits the little pocket rockets perfectly and produces some of the best racing you’ll see anywhere!

The category then heads North to the Territory and Northern QLD for the Darwin Triple Crown in June followed by the Townsville 500 in July.   Two premier events on the Supercars calendar, which are televised Free to air, on the Seven Network in addition to Foxtel and Kayo.  Which in addition to Newcastle which is also designated a free to air TV event means that ARCs 2023 series will enjoy a vastly improved television package with more Network Seven coverage than any recent season.

Aussie Racing Cars will then travel to New Zealand to race at Tony Quinn’s Highlands Motorsport Park, joining Highland’s 10th Anniversary Birthday Celebrations.  This special event is shaping up to be one of the biggest motorsport festivals to ever be held in New Zealand and will see a 6-hour GT Endurance Race as the main event and for Aussie Race Cars the Trans-Tasman Cup will be awarded which comprises two rounds being the VALO Adelaide 500 which was run in December 2022, and the Highlands round.
