SUPERUTES WELCOMES NEW TEAM FOR 2022 SEASON

The Haltech V8 SuperUtes will welcome a new team, with the North East Victorian-based JKD Racing outfit joining the series for 2022.
 
The JKD Racing operation is based 15 minutes from Winton Motor Raceway and recently completed building a new workshop in preparation for this year’s season.
 
Team owner and driver Dean Brooking, who has competed in a variety of state-level events and categories including the Victorian Excel Racing Series, will steer a Toyota Hilux in the SuperUtes.
 
Brooking is an ambassador for Australian Animal Rescue (AAR), a non-for-profit organisation with volunteers who care for animals in need. Dean assists the organisation whenever required with transport using the team truck, and his future wife Kirsten manages the welfare of cats and kittens that come to AAR, ensuring they find forever homes where they will be loved as part of the family.

Round 6 – Gold Coast 500, 28-30 October
