MOTOGP SATURDAY DEFERRED TO TODAY
Qualifying for Moto GP was cancelled to Stoday pending weather conditions after strong winds gusting to more than 5kmh were blamed for Miguel Oliveira in the final free practice session just prior to qualifying this afternoon.
Following a meeting of riders with Dorna, it was decided to cancel the remaining Moto GP activity for the day. While it is still to be confirmed, it has been mentioned that qualifying may now take place on Sunday morning when winds gusts are expected to ease to around 10 to 15 kmh during the day.
