GARRY ROGERS BOWS OUT OF SUPERCARS

A very emotional Garry Rogers has this afternoon posted a video on their Garry Rogers Racing Facebook page which will see the team leave the Supercars championship.

The team’s future was in doubt when their major sponsor Boost Mobile announced it would not remain in the sport unless a control upright was introduced by Supercars.  The later did not bend to Boosts demand.

Rogers approached Supercars for an extension to the REC date (due today) but this was not given.

Garry Rogers Motorsport will continue in the S5000 and TCR series.
