TIM MACROW RETURNS TO THE CHINA ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP




Off the back of a successful 2017 China Endurance Championship campaign Melbourne base driver Tim Macrow has joined Malaysian outfit S&D Motorsport Malaysia for his second season in the China Endurance Championship.

The China Endurance Championship is in its second year with five championship rounds, under the current configuration the championship runs the Le Mans Prototype three race cars, the championship is a feeder category for Le Mans Asia Series and 24 hours of Le Mans.

Macrow has teamed up with German Tim Zimmermann for the 2018 season, both drivers are looking to forward to get back on the track and earn some valuable championship points.

Macrow is looking to build his footprint in Asian motorsport with the China Endurance Championship and the Asian Le Mans Series toward the end of the year. The first round of the China Endurance Championship takes place at Shanghai International Circuit on the 27th to 29th of April.
