Several teams rolled their cars out at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on Wednesday for corporate ride days and shakedowns.

Tickford Racing, Walkinshaw Andretti United, Kelly Grove Racing and the Blanchard Racing Team were all present at the sweeping Victorian circuit.

It comes after Erebus Motorsport’s two rookies completed a successful day of running at Winton last week.

On Wednesday, Tickford, KGR and BRT fired up their cars for ride days.

Rick Kelly returned behind the wheel for the first time since he retired from full-time driving at the end of 2020.

The 2006 champion took the wheel of the #7 NED Whisky Mustang for the day, with Andre Heimgartner sidelined due to fractures sustained at the New Zealand Grand Prix last month.

Kelly has signed a contract to be KGR’s designated test and ride day driver for 2021.

However, it is unclear if he will return for a co-drive at October’s Repco Bathurst 1000.

David Reynolds and Luke Youlden, who was announced as the #26 Penrite Racing Mustang co-driver on Wednesday morning, were also in attendance for KGR.

Chaz Mostert, meanwhile, completed a shakedown of his #25 Mobil 1 Appliances Online Racing WAU Commodore.

Victorian teams will return to Winton for official pre-season testing on February 16, four days after teams based north of the NSW border take to Queensland Raceway in Ipswich.

The 2021 Repco Supercars Championship will commence at the Repco Mt Panorama 500.
