HI-TEC OILS BATHURST 6 HOUR TO CELEBRATE 80th ANNIVERSARY OF RACING AT MOUNT PANORAMA

2018 Marks the 80th anniversary of the first motor race held at the then-new Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst on Easter Saturday, 1938.

The Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour, founded in 2016 by Yeehah Events in partnership with the Bathurst Regional Council, has continued the tradition of racing across the Easter weekend.

This year’s event will formally celebrate the milestone anniversary with a Birthday celebration on pit straight this coming Thursday at midday, to include the Bathurst Regional Council mayor
Cr Graeme Hanger and James O’Brien the event director along with key 6 hour drivers and cars.. and an 80th birthday cake!
